Adopt a sloth with the World Wildlife Fund

Do not support zoos that wrongfully import sloths

Do not engage in the illegal trade of animals.  Use social media as a platform to speak out against animal poaching

Always practice respectful, eco-friendly tourism, but especially if visiting Panama

Eat sustainably-sourced seafood - do your research and look for labels and certifications, such as the one pictured to the right

Limit your greenhouse gas emissions by:

Lowering beef consumption - try plant-based protein alternatives

Avoid fast fashion - buy clothes that will last you in the long term

Drive as little as possible - walk, bike, or take public transportation
